Yes. Our showroom is located at 10348 Cavanagh Road in Carleton Place.
Our regular special events business hours are:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturdays: By Appointment Only
Sundays: Closed

Our special events items are quoted by the event, not per day.
For all tent rentals, we aim to have them set up a couple of days before the event to allow you time to set up your items and decorate.

Tear-down occurs the following Monday or Tuesday. If you require your items for a more extended period, please contact us to receive a long-term quote.

Some municipalities require a permit when setting up a tent on any property (private or public). You must inquire with your local municipality about their policies regarding this issue.

Rental reservations should be made as soon as you know the details of your rental for party Stittsville event to ensure the availability of your desired rental items.

Yes. To secure your reservation, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
Should you cancel your reservation, you will lose your deposit.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and E-Transfers for all payments due.
The balance of your order must be paid the week before your event.

Yes. You may change your order up to 2 weeks before your event. Any new additions will be subject to availability.

Yes. Delivery and pickup are based on a price per km charge. We would be happy to provide you with a quote for both. We would need the event location address to do so. Our delivery personnel are instructed to stack all items in a convenient location (main level).
If you require multiple delivery locations on-site, please advise us in advance so that arrangements can be made.

Additional charges will apply for second-story deliveries.

Delivery DOES NOT include set-up and take-down of rental items (excluding tents). If these services are required, please make the appropriate arrangements in advance.
Additional charges will apply.

Crates are provided for dishware, glassware, flatware, and small goods to ensure you receive your rental items undamaged, sanitized, and ready to use. Responsibility for the equipment remains with the client from delivery/pickup until the time of return.

You don’t need to wash the dishes or linens. We just ask that you scrape all the food from the dishware and put it back in the crates they came in. Please empty all liquids from the glassware and place them in their appropriate racks in the upright position.

Please refrain from using glitter or candles with our linens, as additional cleaning charges may apply if this occurs.

If rental items are missing from your order, you will be contacted by a representative to arrange for their return. A replacement charge will apply if their item(s) are lost and cannot be returned. Replacement charges vary by item.

If the item(s) are found and returned later, a full credit will be refunded for the item(s).

For peace of mind, an 8% non-refundable damage waiver is added to your order, which protects you against accidental breakage while the items are in your possession. We ask that you safely return any broken piece(s) with your order.

The damage waiver DOES NOT cover missing items, damage to linens caused by candle wax, burn holes, mildew/mould from placing wet linens in bags, and damage to tents caused by open BBQs or bonfires held near the tent(s).
